Shipping policy
The following are estimated processing and delivery times. We are a two-person, husband and wife team, and we make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
ORDER PROCESSING
Items that are in stock are typically processed in 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Items in the Core Collection that are not currently in stock will be created for you when you place your order, and are typically ready to ship in 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at chris@silverwand.co. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S.
No matter where you are in the USA, orders of $50 or more (prior to taxes and shipping) ship free. Items are shipped using USPS Priority Mail, which delivers in 1-3 business days. Covid-19 has had an impact on the Postal Service and in some cases your package may have a longer shipping time.
We ship from Amarillo, Texas, so how quickly your item is delivered depends on how close you are to us.
If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Silver Wand Co is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time we are unable to ship outside the U.S. We are looking to expand our available locations, so if you want us to add your country, let us know at chris@silverwand.co.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
